Nights at the opera (backstage)

My extraordinary daughter-in-law Tsai Li is marvelously well connected. The China National Peking Opera Company is performing here in Taipei. Li knows the star performer and was able to arrange a backstage pass for me for all three of its performances. The pictures certainly more than thousands of words, and I can't say much about the operas themselves. So without more ado, here are a few of the hundreds of pictures I took.
