David Considers Meditation

We attended a marvelous sitar and tabla performance at the local cultural center.

At the end of the performance the audience was invited to come back the next morning for yoga followed by meditation, accompanied once again by sitar and tabla:

We passed on the yoga (so early...), but went to the meditation. I didn't think it was possible for David to be any more mellow than he already is these days, but by the end of the hour we'd both kicked it down a few notches and so far it seem to have stuck with us. Who'd have thunk it?
